The typical Belgian caramel biscuit has a long history and its distinctive taste is created by caramelising sugar and cinnamon. In our ice cream two different kinds of Belgian caramel biscuit are used to create multiple textures for the mouth to enjoy. The one melts softly while the other remains crunchy.
