Nougat de Montélimar is one of the famous French confectioneries made with ingredients as whipped egg white, honey and almonds. Our ice cream contains a balanced proportion of roasted almonds, pistachios and freeze-dried cherry pieces. The recipe is protected under AOC and must be made following the traditional recipe from Montélimar in southeastern France.
