Peter Janssen
Peter started his career at the Glacio factory in 1987 as a young technical engineer . Most of the technological breakthroughs which have transformed Glacio into the innovation leader it is today have been managed by Peter.
As a co-founder of Glacio – resulting from the MBO in 2004 – Peter holds the position of CEO, with prime responsibility in overseeing the production and technical management of the company

Werner Van Springel
Werner has a background in finance and has covered the fields of Controlling, Administration and Logistics since he started at Beerse in 1989
As a co-founder of Glacio – Werner holds in conjunction with Peter the position of CEO, with prime responsibility in overseeing the administrative, supply chain, commercial and product development management of the company

Frank Oerlemans
Frank has a vast experience in the food industry with an extended involvement in sales and business development for Belgian and international food companies.
He joined the Glacio team in 2005, whereby his prime responsibility was in developing new sales channels for the company. Since 2008 Frank has been appointed Chief Sales Officer and is responsible for running the Glacio sales team
